I was fortunate to be born into a family of champions, which gave me a deep appreciation for sport and everything that can be achieved with the right mindset. I am forever proud of the amount of money raised for charity by both Horace, my dad, and Walter, my great uncle, throughout their lives.

Irene May Ellis, also known as Dolly Lindrum (May 13, 1922 – January 10, 2019), was the beloved niece and perhaps the most devoted admirer of billiards genius Walter Lindrum. Throughout her life, she kept his memory alive with love and admiration. Her passing on January 10, 2019, at the age of 96, was one of the saddest days of my life.
